We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Retail Store Manager who combines outstanding leadership and store management skills, as well as the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team, within a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: /n /n - Ensure each guest feels welcomed by spending quality time, asking questions in order to learn about his/her needs, preferences and lifestyle /n - Ensure the store meets sales plans, while monitoring customer service, inventory, expense control, and risk management /n - Build a superior customer-focused sales team by providing on-going coaching and training for selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures /n - Serve as a product knowledge expert with the ability to sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing /n /n ARE YOU A FIT? Specific qualifications for this role include: /n /n - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree, a plus /n - 2 years of experience in a Store Manager role /n - 4 years of experience in a supervisory role /n - Previous involvement working in a commission oriented environment, a plus /n - Willingness to travel to neighboring store locations /n - Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. /n /n Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $26.60 per hour and $39.88 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $26.60 to $32.80, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary.
