ABT serves families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah through center, home, and school-based services.
We offer both full-time and part-time BCBA opportunities. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available!
Compensation ranges from $75 to $95 per hour, or a yearly salary of up to $95,000, depending on the state.

  Our BCBAs deliver tailored ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centers, combining extensive knowledge with innovative techniques to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
  Responsibilities and Duties of a BCBA
  
  
• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  
• Design treatment plans of care
  
• Supervise and monitor behavior technicians' progress
  
• Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals
  
• Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring behavior support plans
  
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations
  
• Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries
  
  Job Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Valid BCBA Certificate
    
  • Experience with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
    
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments
