Job Description:
Immediate need for an experienced Legal Receptionist looking for
a career opportunity with an established law firm. Responsibilities
include greet and screen visitors, answer incoming calls, determine
which calls can be passed through to attorneys or forward for
assistance. Will maintain master calendar, conference room,
catering needs, order supplies and data entry of billing
information. Requires strong communication skills, ability to make
decisions to determine how to handle each call, intermediate
computer skills. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a
