wide range of programs to youth ages 4 to18 years old, including
after-school programming, school break day camps, and summer camps.

accessibility.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Program
and Operations SupportSupervision & Safety: Ensure a safe and
nurturing environment for youth participants.Program Facilitation:
Create and lead engaging afterschool programs and activities for a
group of approximately 20 students.Lesson Planning: Develop
age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote personal
growth, educational achievement, and character
development.Classroom Management and TeachingEstablish classroom
rules and behavior.Provide for children's basic needs and ensure
supervision.Adapt teaching methods to children's interests and
learning styles.Manage classroom activities, lessons, play, breaks,
and meals.Track children's progress and communicate effectively
with parents and teachers.Maintain a clean and organized
classroom.RelationshipsMentoring: Serve as a positive role model
and mentor to young participants, fostering their self-esteem and
personal development.Maintaining a Positive Environment: Cultivate
a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued
and respected.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to
ensure program goals are met and share best
practices.Qualifications & Experience:This is an entry level role
and no prior experience working with youth is
required.Multi-conversational language skills a HUGE plus (Spanish,
Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog)Candidates with
experience, education, or coursework in Early Childhood
Development, Education, or related fields will be given
preference.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Excellent communication
