A national law firm is looking for a Mass Tort/Toxic Tort Attorney in Northern California, with a specific focus on asbestos litigation. This role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices. This position is responsible for representing asbestos defendants in a variety of industries in state and federal courts throughout the country, coordinating with co-counsel in various jurisdiction. -Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in mass-torts, class actions, environmental, commercial litigation, abuse, harassment and discrimination, or other complex risk management experience required.
• Excellent research skills, writing skills and verbal communication required.
• Client service oriented and experience required.
• Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
• Demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload.
• Maintain high standards of performance.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.Requirement:2,000 billablesBenefits/Pay:Commensurate with experience.Must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
