Job Description:

Associated Services is a local provider of break room supplies to businesses in the Bay Area. We are currently looking to hire a person to input, process and prepare orders to be pulled by our warehouse.Duties and Responsibilities:Input orders through our SAP Business 1 system.Tickets need to be reviewed for accuracy such as correct product codes, quantities delivered, etc.File documents accordingly.Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.Answer phones when needed and other office duties.Manage, research and resolve customer needs/requests in a timely manner.Support the Sales and Delivery Teams to ensure that all orders are processed correctly.Skills and Requirements:Knowledge/desired experience with Excel, SAP B1 and web-based SystemsAccurate with 10-KeyAbility to multi-task and be proactiveAbility to work in a fast pace changing environmentComplete tasks assigned dailyBenefits:Paid vacations, holidays and sick leaveMedical and dental planProfit sharing and a 401k programAnnual bonus opportunityFor more information about our Company, visit our website at: Associated Services600 McCormick StreetSan Leandro, CA 94577Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayWork Location: One location
