Work Schedule: Variable work schedule. Work hours may often exceed
30+ hours per week, contingent on availability and client needs.
Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed is preferred.
This position requires travel around the local area (serving San
Francisco, Oakland, East Bay, North Bay, and surrounding area);
depending upon customer assignment.
The Technician I is responsible for assisting in the relocation
process by physically and professionally disconnecting and
reconnecting workstation PCs, peripherals and related hardware. The
Technician I is assigned to work at different customer account
locations to provide technical support for commercial moving
projects. Responsible for ensuring customer requests relating to IT
Technical support are carried out efficiently and in a timely
manner. The work schedule is part-time, hours will vary. Reliable
transportation is required for this position.
Disconnect and reconnect PCs and other peripheral electronic
desktop components per supervisors direction and the specific job

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and

Eligibility is based on hours worked. Employee must maintain a
consistent average work schedule of 30+ hours per week.

coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to
grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and
read technical information.
