We are currently looking for a Full Time Territory Account Representative , representing OnePlus in carrier stores, responsible for managing relationships in approximately 50-60 stores in a dedicated geographical territory.

Responsibilities:
Maintain highly visible and consistent presence in designated carrier stores within assigned territory.
Cultivate relationships with carrier sales representatives and management, collaborating and training on OnePlus products, features, and benefits through impactful training techniques and the mobile training app.
Help drive strategic initiatives of awareness, training app downloads, and ultimately increased sales and market share of OnePlus products.
Maintain knowledge of OnePlus products, as well as competitor products.
Influence and build instore relationships through 1:1 training interactions, with repeat visits to assigned stores within the territory.
Execute a comprehensive training approach to influence training at all levels within the store.
Diligently track store visit activities, training interactions, and collection of market intelligence and competitive activity.
Ensure products displayed instore are consistent with merchandising guidelines and that devices are functioning properly (level 1 merchandising).
Work generally M-F with occasional Saturday table selling and product awareness events.

Demonstrate outstanding relationship building skills and maintain working partnerships through repeat visits.
Creatively approach training with well-prepared content and techniques.
Be a self-starter who can be trusted to manage assigned schedule and time efficiently without in-person supervision, always being prepared for ride alongs and visits from management.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish clear expectations and next steps.
Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and act in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years' experience in the field of wireless technology, carrier and/or retail stores, and field sales or training teams.
Experience in training, advocacy, and relationship building with ability to coordinate and lead formal / informal trainings on product features and benefits.
Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Proven experience collecting and reporting information on competitive product and service offerings to management.
Regular physical activity, e.g., regular walking and standing, light lifting.
Reliable transportation for driving to assigned stores within territory.
