As the Technical Testing Manager of the High Voltage
Mechanical Engineering team at Lucid Motors you will lead the
efforts for internal and external testing to be performed on all
structures, systems, components, and subcomponents as part of the
product development process. The High Voltage Mechanical team is
responsible for the design, validation and integration of the HV
battery, Inverter, Wunderbox, and other high voltage systems
components. As part of your role as a Technical Testing Manager,
you will coordinate and lead the team to ensure these systems meet
the Lucid Motors’ safety and durability standards when subject to
electrical, mechanical, thermal, and other environmental
- Drive the creation and completion of DVP&Rs as part of the
product development cycle while meeting product release
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to capture all testing
