Job Description:

KP LLC is looking for an Operations Implementation Lead to join the San Leandro Team.

The Operations Implementation Lead is responsible for providing implementation project management, leadership, oversight and support for the Operations portion of new or existing recurrent programs and special projects, typically coordinating closely with KP Technology, Sales, Operations, and Clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation process as the facility subject matter expert with respect to workflow and connectivity between the user interface, ERP integration, test and validation of processes from order initiation through to final billing. Ensure effective communication throughout the implementation process with all stakeholders. Initiate and facilitate planning and project status meetings for Operations implementation of new programs and projects as well as migration of existing programs to new platforms. This includes: setting up meeting inviting appropriate stakeholders; assigning and managing tasks; and tracking milestones. Act as Operations resource for functionality, workflow design, testing and process improvement follow up. Provide Sales support as necessary including: facilitating the scoping and pricing for the Operations portion of various programs and projects; communicating with Sales as appropriate; acting as Sales point of contact into Operations. Act as primary point of contact for KP Technology resources with respect to program and project implementations, including interfacing with KP Technology resources to ensure a thorough, end-to-end project plan and execution. Provide various set-up, testing and validation support including: inventory set-up (as required); part ordering; shipping, freight & postage charges/billing; and complete end-to-end test culminating with successful "dummy" invoice; report generation. Track Operations-related customer changes and associated costs, facilitate relevant communications to KP Technology, Sales and Client, as required. Provide program documentation including: project plan; Statement of Work; go-live checklist with approvals; process documentation; any other documents relating to the program implementation. Various project follow up tasks including: schedule and conduct 30-day review with all stakeholders; validation of successful end-to-end program performance; schedule and conduct 90-day "Review and Renew" meeting involving KP Technology, Operations and Sales to review any "scope creep", verify billing and reports, and review any internal/external feedback to ensure continuous improvement of program performance; hand-off to Program Manager including; all required training and documentation review. Integrate all new processes in to Quality Management System, including appropriate process documentation, and participation in related root cause analysis and preventative action initiatives. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant industry experience (print, mail, and/or fulfillment). Minimum three years of client-facing work experience. Strong aptitude with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Microsoft AX). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent project management skills. Strong process orientation. Demonstrable team skills; excellent collaborator. Ability to organize multi-layered programs which include technology aspects and short start-up lead times. Orchestrate effective meetings and ensure follow up is timely and appropriate to continually changing condition. Provide leadership through influence. Organize work and lead effective cross functional project teams. Multi-task and remain productive in an ever-changing project landscape. Communicate thoroughly to numerous stakeholders including both internal and external layers in a fast paced environment. Provide exceptional attention to detail. Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in project design and implementation. Prioritize and maintain balance within multiple project teams. Articulate solutions to stakeholders across the enterprise. Troubleshoot potential issues.
