right job posting. Overview The Load-out Lead for our San Francisco
Area HUB (Dowe Avenue, Union City, CA, 94587) will serve as
CookUnity's on-site operational point of contact during dispatch,
ensuring smooth and on-time loadout execution. This role is
responsible for monitoring daily operations, verifying accuracy in
driver check-ins and handoffs, and capturing real-time data to
reduce delivery-related issues and improve visibility across
partners. Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight Oversee middle
mile (trucks) last mile (drivers) check-in, loading flow, and
dispatch timing to ensure on-time departures. Monitor loadout
sequencing, Gaylord container unloading, and distribution order to
maintain efficiency, in addition to ensure proper handling of Cook
Unity assets. Verify truck seals, paperwork, Onfleet readiness, and
route compliance before drivers leave the facility. Support
coordination between 3PL's, Fulfillment, and Middle Mile Truck
providers during morning load-out hours. Oversee bag ice return
program Accountability Issue Resolution Document and escalate
delays, missing bags, and delivery-related issues in real time.
Conduct on-site verification for missing or misloaded bags to
assist recovery before routes depart. Maintain a daily operational
log for visibility and post-shift reporting. Ensure all new
incoming drivers have completed onboarding Training Visibility
Reporting Track and record middle mile (trucks) last mile (drivers)
arrivals, departures, and loadout completion times. Input on-site
data into CookUnity reporting systems for weekly performance and CR
visibility. Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to
reduce Credits Refunds (CRs). Cross-Team Collaboration Act as the
CookUnity representative between Warehouse, Last Mile Provider, and
LA fulfillment during dispatch. Qualifications 2–3 years of
experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations. Strong
understanding of driver coordination, loadout processes, and
delivery tracking tools. Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets,
Onfleet, Tableau and basic data reporting tools. Excellent
communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced
environments. Ability to work early morning shifts and stand/walk
for extended periods. Schedule Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:30
AM–10:30 AM (20 hrs/week) ENGHP Compensation All final pay rates
will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and
abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with
