experienced Trust & Estates Attorney to join our team in Walnut
Creek, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and
taxation, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional legal
services to a diverse clientele. This role offers the opportunity
to provide tailored solutions and expert representation in complex
legal matters. Responsibilities: • Provide expert legal counsel in
estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. •
Represent clients in trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation.
• Handle elder law cases with sensitivity and professionalism. •
Advise clients on taxation matters, including estate and fiduciary
tax strategies. • Manage real estate litigation cases effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents such as wills, trusts, and
probate filings. • Ensure compliance with legal standards and
regulations in all areas of practice. • Advocate for clients in
civil litigation cases, delivering strong courtroom representation.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized legal strategies
that meet their unique needs. • Stay current on legal developments
and changes in estate and tax law.• Must be a licensed attorney in
the State of California. • Certified Specialist in Estate Planning,
Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California is preferred.
• Certified Specialist in Taxation by the State Bar of California
Board of Legal Specialization is highly desirable. • Extensive
experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate
litigation. • Strong knowledge of fiduciary, trust, and estate tax
laws. • Proficiency in handling conservatorships and elder law
cases. • Familiarity with real estate and civil litigation
processes. • Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills.
