Job Description:
Everyone's talking about AI agents. But most of them don't
actually work — because they can't authenticate, can't take real
actions, and can't be trusted in production. We're fixing that.
Arcade is the runtime for MCP — the infrastructure layer that gives
AI agents secure authorization, high-accuracy tools, and
centralized governance. We're not building another AI wrapper.
We're building the platform every AI agent will run on. The
Revolution Needs You AI agents need more than clever prompts. They
need secure access to real systems, real APIs, and real data — with
real authorization. Arcade provides the runtime that makes that
possible. Think Auth0 for AI agents. Think the MuleSoft replacement
for the agentic era. Think really big. Why This Is The Opportunity
of a Lifetime Founder-Market Fit: Our CEO previously founded
Stormpath (acquired by Okta), where he created the first
Authentication API for developers. He's done this before — and this
time the market is 10x bigger. Our CTO led the vector database team
at Redis, shipped 100 LLM applications, and is a contributor to
LangChain and LlamaIndex. Dream Team: Authentication, integrations,
distributed systems, and AI experts from Okta, Redis, Microsoft,
Splunk, Ngrok, Google, Airbyte, Disney, and HPE who've built and
founded multiple successful developer platforms. Perfect Timing:
The biggest problem in AI isn't better models — it's giving agents
the ability to act securely in production. That's us. Massive
Market: Every AI agent deployment will need what we're building.
We're critical infrastructure for the biggest platform shift of our
generation. Backed By The Best: Our investors have backed
Databricks, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Perplexity, Cohere, ScaleAI,
Confluent, Elastic, and Firebase. They see what we see. The
Challenge Arcade's product speaks for itself when developers use
it. We need someone who makes sure the right developers — and the
right communities — see it, try it, and talk about it. As our
Developer Evangelist, you will be the external face of Arcade in
the AI agent ecosystem. You'll build bleeding-edge demos and agents
that show developers what's actually possible when agents have a
real runtime. You'll get on stages, get in front of cameras, and
get into the communities where agent developers live. You'll build
genuine relationships with the framework maintainers, community
leaders, and technologists shaping this space — and make Arcade a
natural part of the conversation. This isn't just a content role.
It's about being present, being credible, and being the person
developers think of when they think of Arcade. What You'll Do
Evangelize: Be Arcade's voice at the conferences, meetups, and
online communities where agent developers live. Deliver talks and
demos that make people rethink what's possible. You already know
which stages matter and what makes a presentation memorable.
Create: Produce high-quality technical content — blog posts,
videos, live demos — that educates developers and drives awareness.
Build bleeding-edge demos that showcase Arcade with our ecosystem
partners. Build relationships: Know which frameworks, tools, and
communities matter in the agent ecosystem — and become a familiar,
trusted presence in them. Build genuine, bottoms-up relationships
with the maintainers, developer advocates, and community leaders
shaping the space. Make Arcade a natural part of the conversation,
not through deals, but through showing up and being useful. Shape
the narrative: Work closely with marketing and product to refine
how Arcade shows up in the market — from competitive positioning to
launch moments. Required Skills 5 years in developer relations,
developer evangelism, or similar role at an infrastructure or
developer tools company Deep knowledge of the AI agent ecosystem —
frameworks, orchestration layers, model providers, and the
developer communities around them Strong public speaker who's
comfortable on stage at major conferences and intimate developer
meetups alike Experience producing technical content (blog posts,
videos, demos) that developers actually want to consume Good
ecosystem instincts — you know which communities and technologies
matter and how to build genuine relationships in them Proficient
builder — you can create compelling demos in Python and/or
TypeScript High motivation and ability to work on a fast cadence —
shipped is better than perfect Bonus: An existing network in the AI
or developer tooling community Join The Movement We're building the
infrastructure that turns AI agents from demos into production
systems. This is your chance to be the person who brings that story
to the world. If you want to look back in 5 years and say, "I
helped build that," we want to talk to you. Ready to make AI agents
actually work? Apply Now
