**About this role:**Wells Fargo Digital Technology group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer who will be working on efforts across multiple applications in Sales & Marketing Technology Area including Home Page, Public site pages, online product applications, application fulfillment, tools and calculators etc. The engineer participates in the growth of a framework that has to deliver multi million daily user sessions to very large set of devices used by our diverse customer base, from the oldest web browser to the newest smart watch. Our Mission is to support our company's Vision & Values by delivering, maintaining, and supporting high quality software solutions that provide our customers with outstanding digital experiences that will help them manage their financial needs.**In this role, you will:**+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff+ Apply Wells Fargo Digital Banking coding practices to test-drive the creation of micro-services with Java, JEE, JUnit, Spring, Restful services.+ Design, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.+ Maintain broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborate with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells Fargo.+ Work closely with application teams, infrastructure and application teams to maintain applications that are secure and highly scalable/available.+ Plan, execute, and maintain road-map in alignment with Enterprise Security standards and in accordance to established business SLA's.You've got the passion.
