Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator who will manage
payroll processing in a multistate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and process regular, adjustment, bonus, and off-cycle
payrolls
Set up and coordinate the withholding and payment of deductions,
garnishments, and benefits
Assist with payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal,
state, and local reporting requirements
Required Qualifications:
Two to five years of payroll experience
Working knowledge of payroll systems, preferably online
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to function in a technical environment using complex
accounting software and spreadsheets
Any equivalent combination of education and experience deemed
acceptable
