This Customer Advocate position is responsible for the
satisfaction of the company's maintenance customer base. This
position is also responsible for assisting the Service Manager in
the reporting and documentation necessary to ensure the timely
completion of all maintenance services. required skills : 5+ years
of computerized database management in a service environment.
CONSTRUCTION company experience preferred. Extensive background in
customer service. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Laptop and cell phone will be provided after in-office training.
