present moment. ROLE SUMMARY At CorePower Yoga, we deliver results
through the mindfulness of Yoga. As a District Manager, you live
the mission by leading a district of multi-unit CorePower Yoga
studios. The District Manager is responsible for driving financial
growth and managing the overall profitability of their district by
developing talented Studio leaders, delivering an extraordinary
yoga experience, and driving business growth through strategic
operations. You are a leader of leaders, developing diverse teams
that support their students and studio communities. Revenue Growth
and Profitability
- Grow a district of successful businesses: develop
district-level strategies to achieve each studio's financial,
operational, and student-service goals, while addressing each
studio's unique strengths and challenges
- Execute on remote operating systems that deliver team cohesion
and collective results across your district
- Drive business forward using analytics to identify trends,
develop and implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities in
your district
- Integrate CPY company goals, initiatives, and relevant
strategic plans into team's goals and expectations
- Assist in preparing and communicating revenue plans and
forecasts
- Accountable for expenses of studios in your district to ensure
savings through cost management and studio contribution
improvement
- Participate in strategic pilots and stretch projects to
innovate CPY and achieve operational efficiencies and better
results Brand Ambassador and Operational Excellence
- Deliver a world class yoga experience by leading your district
to align with the CorePower Yoga mission and yoga quality
standards
- Partner regularly wit h Vice President of Yoga Operations on
District Operations.
- Provides solution-oriented feedback to Studio Support Center
and Regional Vice President to enhance the student experience and
overall strategy of the company
- Sustain a high-level of communication with employees through
productive individual dialogue.
- Completes regularly scheduled meetings, trainings, to
facilitate productive communication and promote an environment of
teamwork
- Oversee and coach to consistency and quality in all programs
applicable to your district. Facilitates program content as
applicable
- Support management of district's physical assets including
repair and maintenance systems and processes, vendor management and
cleaning standards Lead an Engaged Team
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse and talented team
of studio leaders and CPY brand ambassadors
- Responsible for consistent training and execution of most
up-to-date health and safety protocols across your district
- Supervise, review, and coach team to develop a high level of
job effectiveness and a rewarding work environment
- Deliver constructive feedback, performance growth plans, and
disciplinary action in a timely manner
- Build and maintain a talent bench in your district to drive
succession planning and market-level growth
- Act as an expert in all current HR and legal protocols and hold
teams accountable to upholding these standards Learning and
Development Facilitation
- Lead learning and development workshops throughout your
district and sometimes outside of your district including but not
limited to advanced yoga workshops, intensive trainings ,
leadership development trainings , etc.
- Participate in auditions and other hiring activities in support
of company-wide staffing
- Lead, coach, moderate, or participate in teacher trainings
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated leadership in building, developing, and retaining
high-performing teams in fitness, service, hospitality, or related
industry
- Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values
- Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and
exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop others how to build relationships with
individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different
levels of leadership
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while
working under multiple deadlines
- Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with
enthusiasm
- Experience in delivering actionable and supportive feedback for
improvement to a variety of team members
- Coachable; ability to perform with growth mindset; actively
seek and appropriately activate with 360 feedback
- Preferred completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher
training program
- Minimum of three years of service in a CPY or other multi-unit
leadership role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other computer
applications THE FINE PRINT
- Must be located in San Francisco or the Bay Area
- Ability to commute 100% of schedule within your local market,
and occasionally out of state for company events and trainings
- Willing to relocate depending on market needs
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between studios
daily (mileage reimbursement available per our business expense
policy)
- Availability must reflect the needs of the business - mornings,
evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to move around the studio space, attend class, and

- Salary Range: $110 ,000-$ 130 ,000 annually based on
experience
