With five experienced doctors, a talented leadership team, and strong client demand, we're expanding our building and services to meet the needs of our growing community. We're seeking a growth mindset, collaborative veterinarian ideally excited about, or with urgent care experience to join our team during this exciting time of growth. About Us 5 -doctor team that thrives on collaboration and gold standard medicine. Skilled in soft tissue, orthopedic, urgent care, oral surgery, and dentistry. We stabilize emergency cases in-house, then partner with nearby specialty hospitals for referral when needed. Partnerships with boarded specialists (internal medicine, cardiology, and remote radiology, well known boarded surgeon) for advanced diagnostics. Core values: patient-centered care, ethical medicine, inclusivity, science-based practices, and a Fear Free approach. Support Team & Facility 5 experienced doctors working together in a collaborative, case-sharing environment. We typically have 3-4 doctors working per day. 5 RVTs with advanced technical skills: intubating, monitoring anesthesia, assisting in surgery, and performing dental extractions. A strong hospital leadership team supporting doctors and staff. Excellent ER doctor support to back urgent care needs. 2300 sq. ft. hospital with 3 exam rooms (soon expanding to 4). Dedicated surgery suite, wet table for dentistry, digital x-ray, and ultrasound. Plans to add a fully diagnostic ultrasound with its own dedicated room. Boarded internal medicine and cardiology specialists come in regularly, supported by remote radiology services. Expansion plans include a cat-only area and Fear Free certification. Lunch-n learns, regular hospital meetings with collaborative team input. Culture here is really great! What We're Looking For We're primarily seeking a doctor who enjoys urgent care and is comfortable with a busy, highly productive caseload. Experience in ER or urgent care is preferred.
