Job Description New Inpatient permanent opening for OB/GYN in Santa Rosa, CA-ANY state license can apply-Inpatient-$361,000 base Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital 1165 Montgomery Dr. Santa Rosa, CA 95405 Inpatient coverage Avg 16 ppd EMR-Epic 60 day credentialing Level 1 trauma facility PERM- OBGYN $361,000 plus wRVU bonuses Other required procedures: nexplanon insert, pessary fitting Schedule: 3.5 days patient facing and then a day in the OR during the week. Provider will participate in 5 days per month for hospital call. Hours in clinic are 830-500 We will look at candidates that have applied for their CA license. It does take 2-6 months to get one.
