Job Description Genie Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN
Home Health for a travel nursing job in Martinez, California. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline:
RN - Duration: 14 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel Minimum 1 year HH experience in the last
3 years. 3 days visiting patients (5 visits a day) and 2 days of
phone triage. Basic assessment and reporting an SBAR to the
practitioner or MD with results of visits. CA RN Lic, Valid
Driver's license, clean driving record Common Equipment & Charting
System: Clinic charting. no OASIS. Coverage Area: Will work onsite
in Martinez and visit patients in their homes, SNFs or Assisted
Living. Basic assessment and reporting an SBAR to the practitioner
or MD with results of visits.Shift Notes: Mon-Fri, 8 hour days
