Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract
opportunity is available for an Onsite Early Childhood Occupational
Therapist in the Wilmington, DE area, with an assignment starting
on February 23, 2026, and concluding on June 11, 2026. This role
offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours
per week including a 30-minute paid lunch. Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to early childhood students
within a school setting Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to the developmental needs of young
children Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records
and documentation consistent with regulatory and district
requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to the
school's multidisciplinary approach to student care Qualifications
and Experience: Must hold a valid Delaware Occupational Therapist
license specific to school-based practice Demonstrated experience
working with early childhood populations in educational
environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with school staff and families Ability to
manage a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality
therapy services Location: Wilmington, Delaware This position
requires submission of a current Delaware OT license for
presentation consideration. Candidates without this documentation
