Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978. We seek PT and PTA
per-diem candidates to assist with weekday/end or on-call coverage;
this is a great opportunity for experienced or new-graduates to
join a dedicated team making a difference in the lives they serve
every day! The Skilled Nursing Facility is located in Folsom.
Primary Responsibilities: Assessment, treatment planning and
therapeutic interventions Aid and direct patients in active and
passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living,
prosthetic training, gait and functional training. Educate patient
and family on proper care plans Communicate with team members to
ensure quality care is being provided. Bachelor of Science in
Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university or the
foreign equivalent California State licensed Physical Therapist or
Physical Therapist Assistant Benefits include competitive
