active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide one-on-one physical
therapy assistance to a middle school student with a traumatic
brain injury on a contract basis. This opportunity is located in
Fremont, CA, serving a middle school setting. The role requires 1
to 2 hours of dedicated support per month throughout the school
year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized physical therapy
services to a student with special needs. Collaborate with
educators and healthcare professionals to support the student's
development. Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions
and progress. Adapt techniques to meet the unique requirements of a
school environment. Desired Qualifications: Experience providing
physical therapy in school settings, particularly middle schools.
Skills in one-on-one physical therapy assistance (PT or PTA) with a
focus on students with traumatic brain injuries. Ability to work
effectively with adolescents and understand their physical and
emotional needs. Strong communication skills to coordinate with
