professional to work as a Direct Support Professional in the
Middletown, DE area. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS
OPPORTUNITY * Provide supportive services for children receiving
Transitional Living Services in various locations including
residential shelters, detention, day/community services or the
child's home * Fill in as assigned for any aide-level position in
Residential services * Document all activities specific to shift or
service activity * Ensure compliance with safe work practices and
maintain safe environment in compliance with established agency
standards, licensing regulations, and generally accepted practices
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Minimum of one year of
Direct Support Professional or similar experience * Minimum of a
High School Diploma or its equivalent * Willingness and ability to
provide direct care and supportive services as needed * Valid
Driver's License * CPR/First Aid Certification * TB Required
CLIENT'S HOURS * Sunday-Wednesday from 11:00pm-9:00am * Thursday
from 11:00pm-9:00am and Friday-Saturday from 11:00pm-11:00am *
Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm * Tuesday and Thursday from
3:00pm-11:00pm and Saturday-Sunday from 11:00am-11:00pm DTG
