Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 3 Years Pediatric Operating Room Experience Preferred License: Registered Nurse License in California Certifications: Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, CNOR Preferred Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Required BLS Certification Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatric Operating Room. This position requires a minimum of three years' experience in Pediatric Operating Room. Candidates should hold a valid Registered Nurse License in California. A current Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification is mandatory. Preferred certifications include CNOR. Candidates will be required to work day shifts. Experience in scrub and circulating roles is preferred. Familiarity with Epic charting system is required. Candidates should be comfortable working with neonates, infants, and adolescents. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Candidates must confirm COVID-19 vaccination and booster status upon application. Experience in an ambulatory operating room setting is an advantage. Additional preferred experience includes cardiac and trauma operating room experience. Participation in interdisciplinary support may be required.
