This newly created role is designed to support growing demand and enhance care delivery. Work-Life Balance: Full-time schedule with a rotating mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and ICU coverage. Home call with reasonable response time, designed to support physician well-being. Robust Clinical Mix: Split your time evenly between pulmonary and critical care. Perform a full range of procedures including bronchoscopy, EBUS, and intubation with dedicated procedure block time.
