Job Description:
*Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical)* is partnering with one
of our top clients to select their next *Nursing Director *for one
of their locations near the *Sacramento, CA area.**Responsibilities
of the Nursing Director:** Oversee and manage all clinical staff,
ensuring appropriate staffing and top-notch care quality for adult
patients* Collaborate with other center leadership, manage
operational and patent flow within the facility*Requirements for
the Nursing Director:** 10+ years of healthcare experience, with a
strong clinical, nursing background* Minimum 3 years of supervisory
experience in a clinical setting* Willingness to travel if needed*
Experience fostering facility growth is nice to have* Epic
experience is a huge plus* Bachelors Degree is required, masters
preferred* Current Nursing License*Compensation, Benefits, Schedule
for the Nursing Director:** $125,000-$160,000 base salary, with
additional compensation* Full benefits package
(medical/dental/pto/etc.)* Up to 20% travel as needed* Schedule is
