Job Description:

The Alliances Manager oversees the implementation of alliance management processes, optimizing partnerships and facilitating effective communication with partners. They manage pre and post-deal activities, including document sharing and license agreement oversight, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities to enhance value. Additionally, they lead project management efforts and represent the company on Programme Teams for licensed projects, maintaining a strong internal and external network to support strategic alliances.Skills and Responsibilities

• Implementation of Alliance Management processes including new alliance launches, as and when required
• Responsibility for management of specific pre and post deal activities required to optimize the timing and effectiveness of the alliance
• Management of all internal and external activities required as part of third party commercial relationships
• Communicating the Company's views to the partner, understanding the partner's interests and the implications of them on the alliance.
• Oversight and management of document sharing with partners using the SharePoint platform
• Responsibility for specific in-licensing and out-licensing partnerships
• Management of license agreements, including milestones and commitments.
• Creation and ownership of commitment trackers and presentations of contract obligations
• Proactively identifying and managing potential risks, including developing contingency planning, as well as opportunities for realizing and increasing value.
• Project management of all internal and external activities required to support partners
• Development and maintenance of a strong internal and external network.
• Alliance Management representative on Programme Teams for in or out-licensed projects
