The Manager In Training program provides hands-on training in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.Wages: $23/hrQualifications:

• Must be 20 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
