Acquisition will be responsible for leading the Americas recruiting
team. You will report into the VP, Talent Acquisition and be a key
member of the talent acquisition leadership team. This person will
be responsible for crafting, managing and implementing all
components of our recruiting strategy and execution in the region.
You will work closely with senior leaders in the business, regional
leaders in the People Team as well as the global TA leadership
team.Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of full-cycle recruiters who oversee all
experienced recruiting across the Americas region.
- Attract, develop and mentor a diverse, high performing
recruiting organization
- Partner with other People Team and business stakeholders to
drive talent acquisition success for a leading industrial software
company
- Be a strategic advisor to business leaders, especially around
our most challenging requirements and objectives
- Develop and implement creative strategies for proactive
recruiting and pipelining of talent, including R&D and GTM
functions
- Prioritize recruiting for a diverse talent pool within a
challenging and competitive tech talent marketplace
- Lead on various global projects and initiatives as a part of
talent acquisition senior leadershipIdeal experience
- Minimum of ten years of recruiting experience with a proven
track record of progression
- Mixture of in-house and agency recruiting success
- Experience recruiting for a global software or other similar
technology company is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with
leaders across all functions in a technical software company
- Proven ability to achieve results within a fast moving and
sometimes changing environment
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with previously
demonstrated successful strategies and outcomes
- Strong people management and mentorship skills, with an
