you will play a critical part in assembling complex electrical
systems and harnesses that power next-generation aircraft and
aerospace technologies. Utilizing your advanced skills in wire
termination, component installation, and troubleshooting, you’ll
ensure precision and quality at every step—helping our innovative
team deliver mission-critical solutions that soar above the rest.
Located in our 220,000 square foot facility, this role assembles a
variety of exciting products including Flight and Aircrew training
devices, 360-degree Visual Systems, and Aircraft Maintenance
Platforms to train the Military. Plans and performs a variety of
mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, tests, acrylic cutting,
sanding, and inspection operations on various products in standard
and non-standard environments to maintain flow of work. What You
Will Do • Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams,
engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other
written instructions. • ?Operate hand tools, electrical tools,
molding, sanding/cutting of acrylic, measuring equipment and light
equipment. • Maintain inventory of product in workstations. •
Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and records
identified defects. • Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and
products according to engineering specification changes. • Perform
all work in accordance with quality standards and established
safety procedures. • Operate Fork Trucks and Overhead Cranes to
load/unload material and finished product • Maintain a clean and
safe work area. • Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted • This is a first
shift role. Hours are typically 6 AM – 3:00 PM. • Perform other
duties as assigned ? Qualifications You Must Have • Typically
requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or
vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a
