future of data storage. Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine and preventative maintenance on
multiple Metrology toolsets, like Optical Metrology, e-Beam
Metrology, Overlay Metrology, X-ray Fluorescence, Magnetic
Metrology ; ensuring tools are performing at optimum levels and
within specification. Perform troubleshooting and repair of down
equipment to root cause of failure in a timely and efficient manner
in accordance with departmental objectives. Notify Equipment
engineers & tool-owners of parts requirements, repeated problems
and equipment deficiencies. Provide solutions/suggestion when
repeated problems and equipment deficiencies occur and when
potential problems may occur. Perform complex preventive
maintenance in accordance with PM specifications and applicable
safety procedures. Thoroughly and accurately, document the
performance of preventive and corrective maintenance. Give accurate
and detailed end of shift pass-down of equipment problems found and
repairs performed. Work on assignments that may be complex in
nature, where judgment and analysis are required in solving
problems. Initiate continuous improvement activities with equipment
engineering, vendors, and other cross functional groups to improve
productivity, cost savings, and yield enhancement. Continuously
improve required skill sets through formal training or through
resolving issues while on the job (OJT). Follows established
policies, processes, guidelines, and methods to accomplish work.
Collaborates with others within their own department and across
other departments, to achieve solutions that may improve business.
May be required to work overtime to assist manufacturing needs.
Must be willing to follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications REQUIRED: Ability to work 12-hour AWS night shift
Sunday-Tuesday & alternating Saturday 5pm-5am. AA Degree in
Electronics, Computer Engineering, Optics, or related field.
Certificate from vocational or trade school in Electronics,
Computer technology or Computer hardware maintenance, or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Knowledge of wafer
fabrication practices, techniques and equipment. Knowledge of
Metrology Equipment is preferred. Read and understand blueprints,
wiring diagrams, schematics and related instructions. Apply
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral
or diagram form. Adapt techniques and practices to situations
appropriately. Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements.
Use a wide variety of common bench electronic equipment and
specialized equipment (DVM, Oscilloscope, etc) Use standard
assembly tools and materials. Experience with the one or more of
the following Metrology equipment: e-Beam Metrology tools, Optical
Metrology tools, Overlay Metrology tools, X-Ray Fluorescence,
Magnetic Metrology tools (Preferred experience but not limited to)
PREFFERD: Preferred, but not required, 2 years' experience
supporting and repairing related equipment. Additional Information

Benefits Details An employee’s pay position within the salary range
may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1)
relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience;

internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational
needs. The salary range is what we believe to be the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this
range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California,
Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in
California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in
