Analysis Engineer, youll play a critical role in diagnosing,
troubleshooting, and optimizing power electronics performance.
Youll collaborate with global teams, engage directly with
customers, and ensure industry-leading reliability and product
excellence.What Youll Do:Analyze and troubleshoot AC/DC switching
power supply modules using advanced technologyPerform in-depth
fault isolation and defect analysis to pinpoint root causes in
power ICsPrepare and deliver detailed technical reports tailored
for global customersEngage directly with customers, including
on-site visits, to resolve quality concernsSupport teams across
China and Taiwan, ensuring global customer satisfactionCommunicate
findings effectively, both verbally and in writing, with precision
and clarityWhat You Bring:Proven expertise in failure analysis for
power semiconductors, analog/mixed-signal ICsHands-on knowledge of
switch-mode power supply applicationsFluent communication skills in
English and Mandarinboth spoken and writtenExperience working
directly with customers to resolve product quality issuesAbility to
interpret complex schematics and layouts at the system and chip
levelsBonus: Experience in automotive failure analysis or
customer-facing quality assuranceYour Background: Bachelors degree
in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of
experience Masters degree preferred (MSEE) with 3+ years hands-on
