pioneering a whole new SaaS category - FactoryOps. They are looking
for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is always striving for more:

them.What you'll doAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for our client,
you will be primarily responsible for:
- Developing their cloud-based dashboard and its supporting
infrastructure as an individual contributor, with the opportunity
to grow into leadership responsibilities based on performance and
organizational needs.
- Executing effectively, but going beyond execution - asking
"why," understanding the broader business context, and delivering
the best possible solutions.
- Completing high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Thoughtfully translating customer and business needs into
scalable software solutions.
- Designing and architecting systems, and gathering additional
resources as needed to execute projects.
- Strategically owning projects from beginning to end-managing
collaboration, timelines, and communication across teams.
- Writing future-proof code that fits cleanly into broader
project architectures.
- Writing useful, maintainable tests and fostering a culture of
testing among peers.
- Maintaining clear documentation and proactively communicating
decisions and trade-offs.
- Offering thoughtful code reviews and continuously improving
your own technical craft.
Tech StackThe client's stack includes the following technologies:
Typescript, Node, Vue, PostgreSQL, Redis, Google Cloud.
Who we wantThe ideal Senior Full-Stack Engineer will have a proven
track record of success across the following skills and
experiences:
- At least 7 years of experience as a professional software
developer, with a strong history of shipping production-quality
software and writing clean, maintainable code.
- A technical degree in computer science or a closely related
field, or a comparable demonstration of qualifications.
- Full-Stack fluency, from front-end pixel perfection to backend
database configuration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development
methodologies.
- Comfort working in a remote, cross-cultural, Agile environment
with team members in multiple time zones.
- An entrepreneurial mindset - motivated by working at a
fast-growing company and delivering maximum customer value.
- Strategic thinking - sees the big picture, while tracking key
executional details.
- Proactive, self-directed team player who communicates clearly,
manages priorities effectively, and meets commitments.
- A champion of constructive feedback and someone who fosters a
positive, high-performing team culture.

- Fair & equitable pay: Annual on-target earnings for this role
are in the range of $170,000-$185,000 USD for domestic hires.
