An individual with an optimistic, people-first attitude and a
relentless commitment to team. A hands-on mechanical engineer for
embedded systems with a keen attention to details who strives on
bringing cutting-edge technologies into life in new products.
Someone with interest in high-tech edge computing devices. A
personal interest in water-related recreational activities
including swimming, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, and boating, is a
plus.
YOUR JOB
Aqualung Group, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design and
implements its new embedded electronic products. We are looking for
an individual whose primary responsibility is the development and
optimization of connected smart devices for the scuba diving
industry. This role works to understand application challenges,
extract, and define product requirements, create specifications,
and develop concepts that address the specific needs. The
Mechanical Engineer utilizes mechanical engineering knowledge,
problem solving skills, and project management to drive projects
through the product development process - from concept, to design,
through validation, and into production scaleup. As a Mechanical
Design Engineer, you will be involved in every aspect of
development with focus on mechanical design. You will collaborate
with internal and external software, electronic, and test teams to
drive the product execution and validation. You will be ensuring
that our development, documentation, and testing, meet the industry
safety standards. You will be working with cutting edge
technologies in developing company's wearable products such as dive
computers, dive smartwatches, dive smart displays and communication
devices.
QUALIFICATIONS

PAY RANGE: $93,000 to $121,000 base
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and
determined within a range that allows growth and development within
your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience,
skills, and qualifications.
