Job Description Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This part-time role requires 20 hours of work per week and offers an opportunity to demonstrate your organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, quick to learn, and comfortable handling customer interactions and vendor coordination. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and provide accurate information or assistance. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services. • Schedule installation appointments and manage the calendar effectively. • Perform general office duties to maintain a well-organized workspace. • Support administrative tasks by entering data accurately and maintaining records. • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring attentive and courteous interactions. • Assist in managing daily office operations and resolving minor issues as needed. • Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with stakeholders to keep processes on track • Proven experience in administrative support or office management with a solar background. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and vendors. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Self-motivated and quick to adapt to new processes or tools. • Familiarity with receptionist duties and managing phone calls. • Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.
