Job Description:
An Oakland residential property management company is looking
for candidates who have residential property management experience
(as an Occupancy Specialist, Leasing Specialist, Assistant Prop
Manager), with YARDI experience, and can handle "intakes",
processing files, dealing with residents and applicants. Will enter
in new applicants, handle the "office flow", handle tax credits,
working in YARDI, answering phones, dealing with tenant issues, and
coordinating maintenance requests. We will be conducting working
interviews and this position will start beginning of December.
