?The primary function of the Receptionist is screening and
forwarding incoming calls and greeting and announcing visitors.
?Maintain a professional and safe office environment
?Reconcile all administrative vendor related invoices
?Assists facility service and repair coordination as back up for
?Assists travel arrangement as back up for Project Coordinator
?Monitors security camera as back up for Project Coordinator
?Creates payment requisitions
?Send invoices to customers
?Responsible for stocking soda machines
?Supervise and assist in maintaining orderliness of the conference
rooms and all common areas, including rental property.
?Maintain plant healthiness weekly
?Assist and coordinate in all company relations events such as
customer visit, breakfast, quarterly luncheon? etc
?Responsible for keeping cafeteria and coffee counter supplies
stocked as backup.for project coordinator.
?Keep track of visitor badges
?Order business cards
?Back-up Project coordinator functions.
Front Desk duties:
?Screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
?Greeting, announcing and directing visitors
?Escort all visitors into the office premises
?Distributing all incoming fax, mail and office supplies and
handling outgoing mails
?Complete any other tasks/projects assigned.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year related experience in office administration and
- Good computer and communication skills.
