For more information, please visit .Job Summary:ERII is seeking an Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern to join growing team. You will help support our FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. This role is based out of our San Leandro office and reports to the FP&A Manager. This is a part-time (20 hours/ week) internship.The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of finance/accounting fundamentals and a positive attitude, with a strong initiative to learn, and ability to work effectively as a member of a team.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Helping drive company-wide initiatives by partnering with business stakeholdersHelping standardize financial reporting across multiple departmentsAssisting in automating internal reportingAssisting in summarizing results and reporting key variancesAssisting in preparation of reports, models and forecastsAssisting in budgeting and forecastingAssisting with monthly/quarterly financial closing and reportingSkills & RequirementsA minimum of two years' accounting experience, or equivalentMust be highly motivated, with a focus on accuracy, and ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlinesMust possess good analytical, written and verbal communication skillsMust be proficient in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc)Must be willing to learn and start from the ground upThe below range is the range that we reasonably believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
